Returning Items

Online Boutique is committed to providing the highest quality products to all our customers. We will endeavour to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee’s Act and provide a remedy if the goods are faulty.

Online Boutique is happy to exchange or issue a credit note on your FULL PRICE garment within 10 DAYS from the date of purchase, provided you have your receipt and the garment is UNWORN with tags attached, however no refund will be given for change of mind.
This can be done via mail order with prior arrangement by e-mail. Special occasion items, bikinis and accessories are non-returnable. Please chooose you garments carefully as returns are not permitted on any SALE items.

Refunds if for anything other than a faulty garment are at your cost. We will exchange a garment if the size or colour is incorrect. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are at your own cost. If you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being exchanged for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the return parcel. All other returns will be charged the standard delivery in relation to the garment.
